Detailing at Detail

So. yesterday i worked on more layouting of the samep roject i was working on before. it takes so much time to figure out which photos and stuff you're going to use... the firm we're looking at is awesome. i had to call berlin to talk to them and the first thing i said was

"sprechen sie englisch?"

which obviously means, do u speak english?

luckily the woman did, and i got transferred to PR so he could release photos to us, and the guy was totally american!! or at least his english was "american like" i was soooooooooo excited.

anyways, i got to work with the chief editor today for about 30 or 40 minutes (wow!) and we talked about how one goes about choosing a photo and all that... it was pretty cool and i think i learned a lot! at first he was really bummed that i dont speak german, but now everyone in the firm is speaking english and he's glad that they get to practice. hahaha he wants me to teach them how to speak english now.

yeah right.

anyways, things have been good, i stayed a little extra yesterday to work (and to show frank that i dont just sit on facebook all day.. haha he caught me earlier checking my mail. oops) anyway, so i stayed extra cuz im not in the office TODAY BECAUSE IM IN AMSTERDAM!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm CURRENTLY at the amsterdam airport and i'm waiting for my flight to manchester to commence, where i will meet up with my cousin Aastha who goes to Lancaster. We're going out for my birthday, and basically a prebirthday situation forh er as well since hers is in august and we definitely wont be together at that time.
